Since we moved into our new home with solar panels, we have been in need of pigeon abatement and bird netting on said solar panels. Top Elevation will give you a quote free of charge. They fly a drone (so they don't need to get on your roof) to get a look and create the quote. Today, they came by to do the work. I am extremely satisfied with the job. They were thorough about cleaning up all of the pigeon debris before starting. They also cleaned up the yard where some debris landed (instead of the gutters), cleaned the solar panels and cleaned out the gutters. The clips they use do not void your warranty and they give a 10 year no-hassle warranty on their own work. The owner, Joe, is easy to work with. I would recommend them 100%.

Joe showed up on time and got started without needing me (I was on my way home).
They cleaned my gutters out, repaired one gutter for me by screwing it back in place, cleaned my solar panels and installed netting around my solar panels so I wouldn't have any pigeons (bird abatement)
Joe and his one coworker were quick and cleaned up after himself and provided photos for me after the work was done.

These guys are awesome! They did an excellent job at cleaning, not only the solar panels but the entire roof and gutter system. My roof was such in bad state that it took them 1.5 days to clean all the pigeon poop. An estimate of 500 ibs of pigeon crap accumulated on my rooftop within the two years. It was unbelievable. They also did an excellent job installing bird abatement wire mesh along the panels and even meticulously cut the wire mesh to match my roof tile pattern.

After pressure washing the roof, they cleaned up the surroundings ground areas as well. They discovered a broken tile while being up there. I happen to have a few extra roof tiles from a previous job so "Joe the Birdman," who was originally a roofer, was able to fix it for me at no extra charge. Which was the main reason why I decided to go with these guys in the first place vs the 2 other job estimates. I figured that being an experienced roofer, it was in my best interest that they would notify me of issues or concerns regarding the integrity of the roof system which is what you want. You're practically getting a roof inspection done and they would have the knowledge to fix it. So if you're looking for someone that you can trust for the job, call these guys. It's not just a paycheck for these guys. From their workmanship and bang up job cleaning up my property, you can tell that they care about the job.
